Our
products have been exclusively designed and manufactured by us. We take
great pride in ensuring that the quality of our clothing is of the highest
standard as Sajeda International firmly believes that you always deserve
the very best.
When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on. Only when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it should you wear the garment or wash it. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you could send it back to us. Then you will get a full refund, exchange, or store credit as you request. However, please keep it in the same condition and packaging that you have received it in and we should receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchasing. Please notice that altered (shortened) products will not be refunded or exchanged. The cost of returning the unwanted items is paid by the customer, however if you want an exchange the shipping charges to mail back the exchanged item to you will be covered by Sajeda international in case its our fault. However, if you are exchanging the item for any other reason than our fault, Sajeda will charge you the cost of shipping for the replacement, which will be the same as specified in our shipping policy. For example, if you are returning a Jilbab for exchange, you will be charged another $7 to ship you the replacement. Or, if you requested a refund, you will not be refunded the shipping charges that you have already paid. In order to avoid returns, please check your size carefully using our size chart, which explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for your general body measurements and for each particular garment. Please note that there will be no return or exchange during our special offers. Therefore, please try to double check the size guide before placing your order.
